2026 EEAC Members’ Show
The 2026 EEAC Members’ Exhibition
I’m excited to share that my photograph Upward Together will be on view in the East End Arts Council’s 2026 Annual Members’ Exhibition. As the first exhibition of the year, this show brings together EEAC member artists from all disciplines, each presenting a single work inspired by the theme of movement. The exhibition celebrates how creativity fosters connection—bringing diverse voices, styles, and skills together around a shared idea.
Movement functions both literally and metaphorically throughout the exhibition. The works capture motion found in energy, bodies, nature, and society, while also reflecting the ongoing evolution of the East End Arts Council itself. This Members’ Exhibition marks the final show at the Main Street Galleries (133 E. Main St.) before EEAC temporarily relocates during the Riverhead Town Square revitalization project. Like life, the community is always in motion.
My photograph, Upward Together, explores movement through a quiet, human moment: an Amish woman helping—most likely her daughter—push a scooter up a long, gentle hill. The image reflects shared effort, quiet determination, and the idea that progress is often made together. For this exhibition, I chose to present a smaller piece, framed with repurposed wood to echo themes of care, intention, and sustainability.
The artwork is priced at $350 and is part of an edition of 25. If you’re interested, feel free to contact me directly or visit the exhibition to view—and purchase—the piece in person.
